That must have been a favor for former governor Elliot Spitzer from the new accidental governor Patterson. This genius, Patterson, is the one who said if you call him the accidental governor, you’re a racist. If you are white and do NOT vote for Obama, you are a racist. This coming from the former coke and weed head and blind man who constantly cheats on his wife. Now this rocket scientist wants to chase more taxpayers out of NY by raising taxes on everything. More proof that democrats do not give a flying shit about the poor or middle class considering they are the ones who will suffer most. But in a way, they deserve it for drinking tons of kool-aid and still voting democrat. You notice they taxed everything but kool-aid, because they still want you to drink the shit.

While tons of New Yorkers shoot over the bridge to New Jersey, paying a ridiculous $10 toll, to buy cigars, soda, gas, wine, a haircut and a rub and tug, look for the democrat (idiot) John Corzine to do something similar to Patterson. Instead of taking advantage of a perfect opportunity to help New Jersey out finacially, he will ruin it like all tax and spend liberals and corrupt democrats usually do. Just think about how much NJ can benifit from the mistake the New York Governor is about to make. If NJ governor John Corzine (hopefully soon, Christopher Christie) lowers property taxes, the NJ sales tax along with enforcing welfare fraud, illegal immigration and combining municipalities, NJ would probably have a huge surplus in a few years! Then all of the people who actually produce something for society, looking to flee NY, will come to NJ and provide the garden state with millions in revenue. The only problem with this great plan is that the liberals either won’t do it, or they will do it and then piss the money away, like they usally do.

New Jersey voters, like Pennsylvania, Michigan and Ohio voters, are not too bright when it comes to knowing what’s best for their state, which also poses a problem. About 70% of NJ voters don’t have a clue about politics or economics and keep voting for the same corrupt party that has destroyed the welfare state of NJ for years, earning it the title ‘The Soprano State’. As long as minorities and union members are being brainwashed to actually think the democrats care about the middle class and the poor, (when they actually use them) nothing will ever change in New Jersey.

New Jersey should set an example of voting in non-democrat Governors, Senators, Congressman and Mayors and watch how fast things get a lot better. Just look at what liberal democrats in NY are tring to do now. People in New York are going to be so broke, they won’t have enough money left to buy the Hillary Clinton senate seat that she originally bought, then disappeared from, as she ran for President the entire time she was there!

The wires services and the rest of the Old Media have also been reporting on a scandal that doesn’t have to do with Illinois Governor, Rod Blagojevich. But, like the Blago story line, the media seem to be forgetting one small aspect of the story of Wall Street rip off artist Bernard Madoff. Like Blago, Madoff’s connections to the Democrat Party seem to be of little interest to the media.

Very few media stories of the fraud perpetrated by former Nasdaq chairman Madoff mentions the heavy financial support that Madoff has donated to the Democrat Party. Campaign contributions by Madoff show many thousands of dollars going to Democrat candidates and causes. Including $100,000 to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign, thousands to Charles Rangel (D, NY), Charles Schumer (D, NY), and $6,000 to the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. Madoff also gave generously to Senator Frank Lautenberg (D, NJ) who runs a charitable foundation that invested with Madoff.

With the money that Madoff spread around in contributions is it really surprising that his actions went ignored by regulatory agencies?

In any case, the media seems wholly uninterested in the fact that Madoff is a big Democrat contributor. I found no mention of Madoff’s past support of the Democrats in any of the following stories.

I found but two mentions of Madoff’s support of Democrats. One brief mention in Time Magazine and one in a Bloomberg report.

So, what we are seeing is the Old Media conveniently forgetting that this guy was a big Democrat donor. Who can doubt that if Madoff was a big donor to the GOP we’d see this fact featured prominently in every story? Yes, it’s another sad but true name-that-party parlor game.

I wonder if the media will destroy her like they ‘tried’ to do with Sarah Palin. At least Sarah Palin is a smart, effective politician with an 85% approval rating. Palin was a member of the Wasilla, Alaska city council from 1992 to 1996 and the city’s mayor from 1996 to 2002. After an unsuccessful campaign for lieutenant governor of Alaska in 2002, she chaired the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission from 2003 to 2004. She was elected governor of Alaska in November 2006. Palin is the first female governor of Alaska and the youngest person elected governor of that state. (Yet liberals actually believe Obama, Biden and Hillary were more qualified as Palin, showing liberalism is a mental disorder for people who love misery and are in severe denial.)

Palin was the Republican Party’s vice-presidential nominee for the 2008 United States presidential election together with Senator John McCain. Palin was the second female candidate and the first Alaskan candidate of either major party, as well as the first female vice-presidential nominee of the Republican Party.

The media ripped Palin apart, attempting to get a studdering, marxist, bullshitter elected as our next President and it worked. I wonder if Chris ’softball’ Matthews, will leak in his pants if Caroline speaks in an ‘articulate’ way? We highly doubt it, as he is still getting erections over Barack Obama and thinking about coming out of the closet soon. I know Rachel Maddow might pretend her fingers are Caroline Kennedy one night, after her domestic partner isn’t around. Keith Olbermann will just get shot down trying to get a date with her as usual, but will make her appear to be the new female Messiah of New York. It’s just how retarded the mainstream media is. I hope Caroline doesn’t wear her hair up, heels, lipstick or act polite and ‘folksy’. Remember liberals are morons and like sandals, no lipstick, greasy hair and are usually snotty and rude. They also lack rational thought and common sense.

Maybe Caroline will get the seat because of her maiden name, a blind and dumb governor, and the media will give her a pass because she is just another inexperienced liberal with a Senate seat.

*Liberals have literally destroyed New York State. I have to include “State” in that sentence because those who live in New York City don’t know there is a very large state beyond the borders of the city , and that’s where the bulk of attention and money goes.

Caroline will only make that situation much worse because being a liberal when you are privileged is easy - - policies don’t really effect you. I remember well Ted Kennedy’s devasting busing policy during the 70’s - - where he told you to put your young child on a bus that took them across town into dangerous neighborhoods and very bad schools, while he sent his kids to Choate. I’m guessing Caroline opposes school vouchers for private schools; and am equally sure she has sent every one of her children to a very expensive private school. The Clintons did the same, and now Obama, that great socialist supporter of public school systems, is sending his daughters to the same school Chelsea went to in DC. Who could blame him … even with the large amount of money spent per child in DC, the schools are horrific.

New York needs a Senator that will work to alleviate this state of the tax burdens on homes, utilities, and every other damn thing that they can tax to support their liberal programs. These policies have forced industry to leave, retirees to leave their lifelong communities and homes and young people to move elsewhere. It is one of the few states that is actually losing population in the country.

The very last thing NEW YORK needs is Caroline Kennedy to give us more of the same.

How about rewarding hard work and personal responsibility and letting people keep more of their paycheck. That is an incentive to work and produce.

Increased food stamps and another planned parenthood building will do nothing to help these kids. It’s failed miserably for decades.

What’s amazing to us and makes us stress the word ‘idiots’ so many times, is the fact that we have so much overwhelming evidence of the democrats causing this, yet these college students and brain damaged liberals will see all these facts, evidence and still blame Bush! (That would explain how Obama recieved 70% of the white female vote) If they just did their homework instead of listening to gay, biased (Matthews, Maddow, Olberman), so-called journalists on MSNBC, CNN and most media outlets or weren’t being influenced by hippie professors, actors or simply voting on looks, color, sex, slogans, bumperstickers and hate (Bush), they wouldn’t have elected these jackasses. If they knew the corruption, lies, racism and wasteful spending that goes on in the democratic party, they wouldn’t have voted for these jackasses.

The media never did their job by showing all these videos they had available from CSPAN and youtube, showing how the democrats not only got us into this financial disaster and economic collapse of the world, but fueled it! Media Influence – Inherent Powers

The media gives influence to the president. In times of reduced staffing and outsourcing among media outlets, the president gains significant power through the bully pulpit. If the media outlet wants information, it is easier to go to one single individual than 535 individual members of Congress. The president’s agenda is easier to transmit than Congresses agenda. Additionally, many foreign news agencies believe the president runs our government. This gives him considerable persuasion power overseas. This media influence, by default, makes the president the moral character of the United States.

Voters should understand the true powers and responsibilities of the presiedent. They should then cast their ballot for the candidate that will best fulfill these roles. They should not elect a president based on the media’s opinion of the best candidate.

Obamas manager, David Axelrod also said that Obama was talking to the governor about filling his senate seat.

US Atty: Not alleging Obama knew of Ill. gov. plan

CHICAGO – Federal prosecutors say the investigation into allegations that Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (bluh-GOY’-uh-vich) tried to sell the Senate seat vacated by President-elect Barack Obama found no evidence that Obama did anything wrong.

At a news conference in Chicago on Tuesday, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald reiterated a number of times that there were no allegations of impropriety on Obama’s part.

The governor is accused of conspiring to sell or trade Illinois’ vacant senate seat.

The 76-page FBI affidavit contends that governor was intercepted on wiretaps last month conspiring to shake people down, and it alleges he even considered appointing himself if he wasn’t offered anything of value.

CHICAGO (AP) — The U.S. Attorney in Chicago says his office is making “no allegations” that President-elect Barack Obama was aware of any alleged scheming by arrested Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (bluh-GOY’-uh-vich).

Blagojevich was arrested on Tuesday on charges that he brazenly conspired to sell or trade the Senate seat left vacant by Obama to the highest bidder.

At a news conference on Tuesday, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald said the corruption charges against the governor represent “a truly new low.”

An FBI affidavit says the 51-year-old Democrat was intercepted on wiretaps conspiring to sell or trade the vacant Senate seat for personal benefits for himself and his wife.

Fitzgerald described the situation by saying: “We were in the middle of a corruption crime spree and we wanted to stop it.”

The governor has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.
