That would be the American worker; if Obama actually worked a job in his life, he would know that. Instead he compares this economic disaster that was caused by democrats, to the great depression. I don’t see 25% unemployment, people in the millions waiting outside for a line to get in the soup kitchen and I haven’t seen anyone jumping out of windows by my home. Have you? BUSH’S RESIGNATION SPEECH

The following ’speech’ was written recently by an ordinary Maine- iac [a resident of the People’s Republic of Maine]. While satirical in nature, all satire must have a basis in fact to be effective. This is an excellent piece by a person who does not write for a living.

The resignation speech George W. Bush should give:
Normally, I start these things out by saying ‘My Fellow Americans.’ Not doing it this time. If the polls are any indication, I don’t know who more than half of you are anymore. I do know something terrible has happened, and that you’re really not fellow Americans any longer.
I’ll cut right to the chase here: I quit. Now before anyone gets all in a lather about me quitting to avoid impeachment, or to avoid prosecution or something, let me assure you: There’s been no breaking of laws or impeachable offenses in this office.

The reason I’m quitting is simple. I’m fed up with you people. I’m fed up because you have no understanding of what’s really going on in the world. Or of what’s going on in this once-great nation of ours. And the majority of you are too damned lazy to do your homework and figure it out.
Let’s start local. You’ve been sold a bill of goods by politicians and the news media.

Meanwhile, all you can do is whine about gas prices, and most of you are too damn stupid to realize that gas prices are high because there’s increased demand in other parts of the world, and because a small handful of noisy idiots are more worried about polar bears and beachfront property than your economic security.

We face real threats in the world. Don’t give me this ‘blood for oil’ thing. If I were trading blood for oil I would’ve already seized Iraq ’s oil fields and let the rest of the country go to hell . And don’t give me this ‘Bush Lied…People Died’ crap either. If I were the liar you morons take me for, I could’ve easily had chemical weapons planted in Iraq so they could be ‘discovered.’ Instead, I owned up to the fact that the intelligence was faulty

Let me remind you that the rest of the world thought Saddam had the goods, same as me. Let me also remind you that regime change in Iraq was official US policy before I came into office. Some guy named ‘Clinton’ established that policy. Bet you didn’t know that, did you?

Now some of you morons want to be led by a junior senator with no understanding of foreign policy or economics, and this nitwit says we should attack Pakistan, a nuclear ally. And then he wants to go to Iran and make peace with a terrorist who says he’s going to destroy us. While he’s doing that, he wants to give Iraq to al Qaeda, Afghanistan to the Taliban, Israel to the Palestinians, and your money to the IRS so the government can give welfare to illegal aliens, who he will make into citizens, so they can vote to re-elect him. He also thinks we just need to sit down and talk to Iran and things would be better (what the hell do you think we have been doing behind the scenes), and we should stop our foreign aid to Israel. Did you sleep through high school or what?

You idiots need to understand that we face a unique enemy. Back during the cold war, there were two major competing political and economic models squaring off. We won that war, but we did so because fundamentally, the Communists wanted to survive, just as we do. We were simply able to outspend and out-tech them.

That’s not the case this time. The soldiers of our new enemy don’t care if they survive. In fact, they want to die. That’d be fine, as long as they weren’t also committed to taking as many of you with them as they can. But they are. They want to kill you, and the bastards are all over the globe.

You should be grateful that they haven’t gotten any more of us here in the United States since September 11. But you’re not. That’s because you’ve got no idea how hard a small number of intelligence, military, law enforcement, and homeland security people have worked to make sure of that. When this whole mess started, I warned you that this would be a long and difficult fight. I’m disappointed how many of you people think a long and difficult fight amounts to a single season of ‘Survivor.’

Instead, you’ve grown impatient. You’re incapable of seeing things through the long lens of history, the way our enemies do. You think that wars should last a few months, a few years, tops.

Making matters worse, you actively support those who help the enemy. Every time you buy the New York Times, every time you send a donation to a cut-and-run Democrat’s political campaign, well, dang it, you might just as well Fed Ex a grenade launcher to a Jihadist. It amounts to the same thing.

In this day and age, it’s easy enough to find the truth. It’s all over the Internet . It just isn’t on the pages of the New York Times, USA Today, or on NBC News. But even if it were, I doubt you’d be any smarter; Most of you would rather watch American Idol or Dancing with Stars.

I could say more about your expectations that the government will always be there to bail you out, even if you’re too stupid to leave a city that’s below sea level and has a hurricane approaching.

I could say more about your insane belief that government, not your own wallet, is where the money comes from. But I’ve come to the conclusion that were I to do so, it would sail right over your heads.

So I quit. I’m going back to Crawford. I’ve got an energy-efficient house down there (Al Gore could only dream) and the capability to be fully self-sufficient for years. No one ever heard of Crawford before I got elected, and as soon as I’m done here pretty much no one will ever hear of it again. Maybe I’ll be lucky enough to die of old age before the last pillars of America fall.

Oh, and by the way, Cheney’s quitting too. That means Pelosi is your new President. You asked for it. Watch what she does carefully, because I still have a glimmer of hope that there are just enough of you remaining who are smart enough to turn this thing around in 2008.

So that’s it. God bless what’s left of America .

Oh Lord please help us! If Barack Obama gets elected, we are so doomed. It’s as if the Russians, Syria, Iran and N. That’s right, I said it. ‘We deserve everything coming to us’ as we Americans do not learn from our mistakes! Barack Obama is going to be elected when we are finally winning the war in Iraq, the economy is in chaos, illegal immigration is costing us a trillion dollars a year and crime is increasing. His healthcare plan is disastrous and his background is almost criminal. You think it’s bad now? With John McCain and Sarah Palin, things will get at least a little better as the wasteful spending will stop, taxes will remain low and we drill our own oil! That will keep buisness and jobs in America and help Americans take home more of their paychecks. With Barack Obama, it’s not a possibilty, a chance, a theory, or a thought. * Supporting a candidate who supports and represents a radical illegal organization that commits major voting fraud,” ACORN.” This cancels out knowlegable voters and legitimate voters who obey the law and play by the rules. We have ACORN employess on video telling how they were ordered to register AND ENCOURAGE voters to vote democrat. But Barack Obama doesn’t care, as long as he says and does anything to get elected and drive us into disaster for America. = IDIOT

* Supporting a candidate who claims to represent “hope and change” yet requested over 900 million dollars in earmarks for radical associates and convicted felons. This in only 2 years! Yes, this makes you an idiot and it isn’t just an opinion. Supporting a candidate who voted against warnings on the housing market and took the 2nd highest amount of campaign contributions from the very same organizations that drove us into a recession makes you an idiot. Supporting a candidate whose economic advisor is Franklin Raines, the man who ran Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae into the ground while making 91 million dollars in 6 years, makes you an idiot.

* Supporting a candidate who attends one the most popular black liberation theology churches in America, makes you an idiot.(especially if you are white) Supporting a candidate that says he doesn’t want his daughters “punished” with kids, makes you an idiot. Supporting a candidate who constantly lies, flip flops on every issue,(depending who he is talking to) thinks there is 57 states, has sick views on abortion, votes present in senate (except for over 90 times when he was for tax increases) requested marxist professors in college and won’t release his college transcripts, makes you an idiot.

* Supporting a candidate who says “A white mans need, runs a world in greed” makes you an idiot. Especially if you are a white man.

* Supporting a candidate who earmarked millions for his so-called non-profit hospital, giving his wife a six figure raise and turning away poor people with no insurance, while terroizing them with collection agencies, makes you an idiot.

* Voting for Barack Obama because you think he is charasmatic, articulate, clean, handsome, fresh or because he is (half) black, makes you an idiot. Yes, it does.

* Supporting a candidate whose only experience is a community agitator (see “ACORN”) freshman senator who votes present because he can’t make a decision and jive talks his way through speeches with lies and no substance, makes you an idiot.

I can go on forever about the worse presidential candidate in the history of America. I can come up with about 100 more reasons this guy spells DISASTER FOR AMERICA. You think it’s bad now, you just wait if Barack Obama gets elected.

As patriotic Americans, we must stop patronizing General Electric. The United States is in the fight of its life against radical Islam. Our troops are risking their lives so that we can enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted. We must stand by them and do what we can to keep them safe.
General Electric has dishonored the brave men and women who wear the uniform of the United States military by doing business for years with the nation of Iran. This country is a clear enemy and is responsible for the death and wounds of many of our brave soldiers. Iran is supplying the terrorists with the weaponry that is causing much of the destruction. General David Petraeus has stated, “The Iranian government is responsible for providing the weapons, the training, the funding and in some cases the direction for operations that have indeed killed U.S. soldiers. There is no question about the connection between Iran and attacks that have killed our soldiers.”
Foreign affairs analyst Ilan Berman opined by stating, “GE is one of the largest companies in the world and they have to lead by example,” Berman declared.” Iran is getting a much-needed financial shot in the arm from foreign investment, and we should not be in the business of allowing Iran to move ahead with its nuclear ambitions and kill American and coalition forces.”
Jeffrey Immeldt, the CEO of General Electric, is more interested in profits than he is concerned about the military personnel that risk their lives daily for his hind end. Immeldt makes more than $20 million a year. Thankfully, G.E.’s stock prices have fallen from $39.66 in 2001 when he took over the reins of the company to just $31.75 today. Any stockholder with this company should sell his shares and invest with a more honorable company. It certainly isn’t proving to be a profitable investment, but more importantly, it is an anti-American investment.
While the international community is placing sanctions on Iran, this vile man chooses to deal with them. Even the far-left New York Times has called for tougher sanctions against the Iranians. It is unconscionable at a time of war to do business with the enemy. This man has blood on his hands and should be fired immediately. I don’t know how he sleeps at night. Please support our troops by boycotting General Electric products.
This idiot also owns MSNBC which is a far-left news station that does not report news accuratly. They lie constanlty and insult troops calling them murderers. We have to wonder why Buffet would invest a dime, but wait, he is anti-american. There you go!

Barack Obama played the “me too” game during the Friday debates on September 26 after Senator John McCain mentioned that he was wearing a bracelet with the name of Cpl. Matthew Stanley, a resident of New Hampshire and a soldier that lost his life in Iraq in 2006. Obama said that he too had a bracelet. After fumbling and straining to remember the name, he revealed that his had the name of Sergeant Ryan David Jopek of Merrill, Wisconsin.

Shockingly, however, Madison resident Brian Jopek, the father of Ryan Jopek, the young soldier who tragically lost his life to a roadside bomb in 2006, recently said on a Wisconsin Public Radio show that his family had asked Barack Obama to stop wearing the bracelet with his son’s name on it. Yet Obama continues to do so despite the wishes of the family.
Radio host Glenn Moberg of the show “Route 51″ asked Mr. Jopek, a man who believes in the efforts in Iraq and is not in favor of Obama’s positions on the war, what he and his ex-wife think of Obama continually using their son’s name on the campaign trail. Jopek began by saying that his ex-wife was taken aback, even upset, that Obama has made the death of her son a campaign issue. Jopek says his wife gave Obama the bracelet because “she just wanted Mr. Obama to know Ryan’s name.” Jopek went on to say that “she wasn’t looking to turn it into a big media event” and “just wanted it to be something between Barack Obama and herself.” Apparently, they were all shocked it became such a big deal.

But, he also said that his ex-wife has refused further interviews on the matter and that she wanted Obama to stop wearing the reminder of her son’s sacrifice that he keeps turning into a campaign soundbyte. This begins at about 10 minutes into the radio program
